Feed mills
Kalina-Klenski Ltd. designs, manufactures and installs feed mills according to the specific needs of each client. The purpose of each feed mill is to produce a feed according to a specific recipe. For this purpose, the main processes that are performed in each feed mill are the following: depositing of the raw materials in bunkers; dosing of the specified quantities of raw materials; milling; mixing; depositing of finished goods.
Depending on the specific needs of customers, the production line can be extended by adding other processes such as granulation of finished products.
In addition to the complete construction of sites, Kalina-Klenski Ltd. performs reconstruction of technological units as well as production and delivery of single machines. The company performs warranty and service, as well as independent technical solutions, depending on the specific requirements.
Kalina-Klenski Ltd. develops and offers a wide range of machinery and equipment for the production of feed: bunkers for cereal products; grain transport systems - augers, bucket elevators, chain conveyors; electronic scales; hammer mills; mixers; cyclones and others.
Feed mills are developed in five variants according to production line performance:
- Feed mills1st variant - 1t/h
- Feed mills2nd variant - 5t/h
- Feed mills 3rd variant - 1t/h
- Feed mills 4th variant - 3t/h
- Feed mills 5th variant
Feed mills 1st variant ( 1 t/hour )
In this case, machinery and equipment are involved in the line for:
- dosing of components
- milling the components
- homogenizing the components
Dosage is done with an electronic balance.
Grinding of the grain and the grits is done by a hammer crusher with 24 hammers and a productivity of P = 1 t / hour for maize with a humidity of 14%, a diameter of the holes of 4 mm and a fourfold rotation of the hammers.
The homogenization of the milled products is carried out in a horizontal porous mixer with a double spatial spiral P = 0.4 cubic meter, whereby one part of the material moves to the left and the other part to the right and intensive mixing takes place. The addition of trace elements is a tube screw. The aspiration of pneumotransport is done with filtering sleeves.
Feed mills 2nd variant ( 5 t/hour )
The raw product from a reinforced concrete unloading area for grain and groats is conveyed with an elevator to three hoppers for raw products, each of volume 4 m3. The raw product is fed with a screw to an electronic scales and then is crushed inside a turbo crusher with 36 hammers. The turbo crusher can convey the product horizontally at 30 m and vertically at 8 m. The turbo crusher is of capacity 5 t / hour ( at maize of moisture 14% and 4 mm hole screen). The crushed product is conveyed pneumatically with a cyclone to the mixer for homogenization. The mixer is of volume V=2 cu.m. and is a horizontal batch type with double spatial spiral paddle where one part of the product moves to the left, the other part to the right to obtain excellent homogenization. Discharge is by an electric driven gate and finished product is taken away with a screw to hopper for ready feed. If required, the line can be extended.
Feed mills 3rd variant ( 1 t/hour )
From a reinforced concrete unloading pit (pos. 1) for grain products, the raw material by means of elevators (pos.2) is transported vertically and is divided into two bunkers for raw materials (pos.4) by a two-way electric motor valve (pos.3). By means of an ejector (pos.5) and a pressure conduit (pos.6), the various types of raw materials are entered for milling through a turbo hammer mill (pos.9), the raw material passing through a magnetic separator (pos.8). The milled material by pressure is sent via a pressure conduit (pos.10) into a vertical mixer (pos.11). The mixer is equipped with a vertical auger that homogenizes the milled materials. The adding of premixes and micro components takes place in the basket of the vertical mixer. The portion is drawn on an electronic scale (pos.12), which is located under the mixer. Aspiration is performed by bag filters (pos.13). Ready feed is sent via a pipe auger (pos.14) to a vehicle and shipped as intended.
Feed mills 4th variant ( 3 t/hour )
From a reinforced concrete unloading pit (pos. 1) for grain products, the raw material by means of an elevator (pos.2) is transported vertically and is divided into three bunkers for raw materials (pos.4) by a three-way electric motor valve (pos.3). By means of an ejector (pos.5) and a pressure conduit (pos.6), the various types of raw materials are entered for milling through a turbo hammer mill (pos.9), the raw material passing through a magnetic separator (pos.8). The milled material is sent by two-way electric motor valve (pos.7) through a pressure conduit (pos.10) to one and / or the other vertical mixer (pos.11). Vertical mixers are equipped with vertical augers that homogenize the milled materials. The adding of premixes and micro components takes place in the basket of the vertical mixer. The portion is drawn on an electronic scale (pos.12), which is located under the mixer. Aspiration is performed by bag filters (pos.13). Ready feed is sent via a pipe auger (pos.14) into a finished product hopper (pos.16). From the hopper via a pipe auger (pos.17) the milled product is dispatched to a transport vehicle. Ready feed can also be stored in sacks that are weighed manually (pos.18) and stored until they are dispatched.
Feed mills 5th variant
In the production hall by means of transport, grain raw materials are poured into heaps (pos.1). With an ejector (pos.2) and suction line (pos.3) the raw material is sent for milling. First, it passes through a magnetic separator (pos.4) and is milled in turbo hammer mill (pos.5). The milled material is transported for mixing by means of a pressure line (pos.6). Mixing is performed in a vertical mixer (pos.7) fitted with a basket for adding premixes. The ready mixture is weighed into an electronic scale (pos.8), which is mounted under the vertical mixer. Aspiration is performed by bag filters (pos.9). The ready feed is shipped as intended.
